Mary Ann Carpenter
Mary Ann Carpenter is the founder and owner of MAC Entertainment and an Acting Coach. Prior to founding MAC, she worked as operations manager and acting coach for Bob Westbrook Entertainment. Mary Ann has prepared students through acting lessons for auditions ranging from middle school theatre to commercials for national retailers and movie roles for Netflix. Mary Ann graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a BA in Theatre and later worked professionally at the Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre in North Carolina.
Jimmy has performed professionally for nearly 50 years and has shared the stage and studio with the likes of Journey, Mike Love of the Beach Boys, Jackson Browne, John Lennon, Rick Springfield, The Coasters, Drifters and Platters, to name a few. Jimmy has been teaching vocal lessons for more than 20 years and is still a regularly gigging musician.
Chris is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy After completing his commitment to our country, Chris and his family moved to Memphis to pursue his dream of becoming a singer/songwriter. Chris found his passion for music in high school and has trained extensively to master his craft. Chris and his band gig regularly and during COVID-19 founded Home Shows, which are backyard performances designed to keep his band playing and to break the monotony of COVID safely. Chris is active in the Memphis and Nashville Songwriters Associations. Chris teaches vocal, guitar and songwriting lessons.
KC is an artist and vocal coach. She has shared the stage with giants of the Memphis music scene, performed at Springboard Festival for Barry Coffing and Matthew Knowles, and has opened for pop culture icons such as T.I. and K. Camp. KC founded and directed the Surround A cappella Group. Surround performed at the National A cappella Convention. She later graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Music Business with a vocal concentration. KC has competed and advanced in NBC's The Voice and continues to perform locally.
